Terms and Conditions:

1. Bank customers can scan the QR code on the banner provided in the offline store or click the link on the website, email, or WhatsApp they receive to apply for an OCBC Cashloan.
2. Bank customers will be directed to the Bank's Cashloan application website to complete the application form and complete all necessary processes required by the bank to process the Cashloan.
3. Terms and conditions for OCBC Cashloan KTA.
• The OCBC Cashloan KTA loan application amount is IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah) to IDR 300,000,000 (two hundred million rupiah) per loan.
• Loan terms are 6 (six) months, 12 (twelve) months, 18 (eighteen) months, 24 (twenty-four) months, and 36 (thirty-six) months.
• OCBC Cashloan KTA interest rates are subject to the Bank's applicable regulations.

4. The Bank will process every OCBC Cashloan KTA application from a customer no later than 3 (three) to 5 (five) business days after the Bank receives all necessary information regarding the customer, complete and accurate.
5. For customers whose loans have been disbursed by the Bank, the Bank will be solely responsible for all forms of assistance, support services, claims, lawsuits, or losses.
6. BANK customers will repay their loans by paying fixed monthly installments to the bank.
7. If a customer makes a payment past the due date, they are required to pay a late fee in the amount determined and notified by the bank.
8. BANK customers can repay their loans before the end of the credit period, and the customer will be charged a fee in accordance with the bank's provisions, subject to prior notification to the customer, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
